Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original compostable packaging and secure them in a mailing box; please ensure all original tags remain attached.

Attach the Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
